Your Role

In the role of operations technician, you will be a core figure in building and maintaining a secure IT environment for our clients and their needs. You will be responsible for managing the infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage solutions, where security is paramount.Your main responsibilities

• Manage network, server, and storage environments
• Automate and streamline operational processes
• Implement and optimize IT security solutions
• Work closely with development teams and other departments to integrate IT infrastructure in line with business needs
• Provide technical advice and support to other branches of the IT organization

Qualifications

• Solid experience working with IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage
• Deep knowledge of network design, security, and virtualization technologies
• Experience working according to the ITIL framework
• Certifications in areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
